Starfish Stay

Another wonderful stay at Michael's .... everything we needed , wonderful communication for every need .... condo is always pristine and the host couldn't be more responsive and friendly . I can't wait to come back ! Going on 9 stays in Turks and still my favorite island :)

Michael's condo was magnificent. Excellent location, secure parking and easy access. It was wonderful having a fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast and lunches. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of linens and it is beautifully decorated. Michael had any and all beach essentials you could need. Michael was an excellent host, responded quickly to all of our questions and checked in on us mid stay. I highly recommend Michael's place, we will definitely stay there again when we return to Turks and Caicos!

I am no stranger to Turks Travels ... and have loved Carpe Diem condos for quite some time due to the location - easy beach walk and being right across from the police station and local shops ! Solo traveler and felt secure .
Michael's place was better than the pictures - as it's very spacious , bright and beautifully beach appointed . Can't say enough good things about the king bed mattress - something to be said for sleeping fabulous on vacation !
One of my favorite things was the separate lobby area ( with a door to close if u choose ) that made you feel as if you could leave ur beach things right there and not deal with bringing them in your separate living space . 
Was a quiet week before Easter so all was serene and quiet within the condo complex !
Would be great to come back and enjoy again !

Michael’s place is the best Airbnb we have stayed at! The condo property was very clean, safe, and convenient. The outdoor living space was wonderful, and the inside of the condo was exactly as described. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s place. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Grace Bay beach, restaurants, groceries, and the airport. The unit itself is fantastic – it's the best in the building with a spacious screened-in porch, two great places to barbecue, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home. The property is secure and safe, providing peace of mind throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place. The condo was perfect for us, over looking the pool and in the best location on Grace Bay. Multiple restaurants, shops and beach all within a very short walk. The condo was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed, including floaties, beach chairs / towels, and activities for our kids, which was so thoughtful. We really appreciated Mike’s kindness and hospitality. The screened in patio was so pleasant and very spacious. We found the Murphy bed to be quite comfortable and had no issues whatsoever. We would love to come back someday, it was hard to leave! Definitely recommend! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Where to begin? The place was paradise!! We had a starter kit if coffee,tea,sugar . A basket of fruit, a six pack of Turks head. The condo lacked for nothing. l had an accident (not there) and Michael’s had a first aid kit. Indeed there were things l brought that were noy needed. It’s walking distance to restaurants, shops, groceries. It’s peaceful and anytime l had a question Michael responded ASAP!! I LOVE his unit, his cordiality. The property manager was responsive as well( Ronyn, spelling). In fact we loved it so much we are coming back in July. He has a customer in me for life and his place is well worth recommending (which l will also be doing ) .Greatest Host !!!!

Our stay at Carpe Diem was excellent. The location was central to dining options and easy access to the supermarket. The beach was indeed a five minute walk from our place. The apartment is in fine condition. It was stocked with ample supplies, (I.e., multiple gallons of filtered water, Bounty paper towel rolls, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner for two weeks, Tide and Downy detergents for washing clothes, etc…). 
The host, Michael, and the property manager, Ronalyn, were extremely responsive to our inquiries. We are thankful for their efforts in ensuring our children had beach play toys and multiple board games for family time - one of the highlights of our time at Turks. Michael raised the bar for airbnb rentals.

Michael was a great host! He responded to us very quickly and helped guide us with whatever we needed. 
The house was very clean, Ronalyn had snacks waiting for us when we arrived she showed us around and answered all our questions.
The house comes with pretty much everything you need to make your stay extremely convenient, they’ve included everything you need to have a nice beach day. The beds were comfy even the Murphy bed was comfy . The sheets were nice and soft the pillows were great.
For someone like me that does not like to be secluded and away from others this is the perfect location. It’s right across from the police station so I felt safe, it was gated and it’s surrounded by shops and cafes (but still very quiet) Literally a 30 second walk to get breakfast lunch , coffee, etc 
This was my first time booking an Airbnb on vacation (I usually do hotels/resorts) but I’m so glad I went with this particular airbnb it was perfect for my family and I
