Sand Dollar Stay

We’ve stayed here many times, with current host/owner as well as the previous one. Clean. Well stocked with snacks, fruits, beer etc. The best part is the location. Will be back!

Carpe Diem is a very convenient location, a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants in the Grace Bay village. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of very minor issues. We are looking forward to a return visit and recommend this unit highly.

We would stay in the residence again because of the combination of its cleanliness, convenience, practicality, responsiveness of the hosts, and location. The host was very thoughtful in providing us a welcoming fruit basket, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. If I had a question or request, Mike responded quickly and in a helpful manner.

Michael's place is great. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. It matches the description and the pictures. The location is perfect because it literally 3 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Michael was always available. I will highly recommend this place if you plan to visit Turks and Caicos

The condo is perfectly located in Grace Bay. It is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and very close to the beach. The condo is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and our host, Michael, was very responsive, and accommodating. He had everything provided from beach chairs to drinks and fruits. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend staying here!

Michael's place was perfect -- easy to access the beautiful beach, and so easy to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Not only did Michael give us a substantial book of information prior to arrival to help with our plans, but he responded to every question immediately. He connected us to the wonderful Abraham who connected us to amazing excursions. He made fantastic recommendations and even called ahead to see if a busy restaurant could accommodate us. When we asked about renting snorkel equipment, it magically appeared for us to borrow. When we asked where to buy waterproof cases for our phones for snorkeling they magically appeared for us to borrow. We absolutely loved Grace Bay, and this was an absolutely perfect place from which to explore it. Thank you Michael! And please share our thanks with Abraham!

Had a great stay! Location is perfect - 2 min walk to beach and near lots of restaurants and shopping. Great communication, quick to respond, and flexible when we had an unexpected hurricane arrive one night (seriously!). Would hands down stay here again. Thx Michael!

Great stay! Very accommodating and a good, central, location. Beautiful white sand beach access just down the street. Condo was well equipped. Host responsive and extremely helpful. Great food recs in welcome packet.

Our visit in Turks and Caicos is 10/10! The place is very homey and very clean. We arrived in the place and the place is packed with fruits (I have a toddler so it helps a lot) it made me very happy as a mom. He also provided local beers and waters and basic needs! Which is amazing! Michael also provided a brand new crib for my toddler. This place is very family friendly! It’s walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants which is very convenient! (Specially if you have a toddler) Michael is very responsive too and very caring. All I can say is all amazing things in this place. I would book again! Also Ronalyn is very nice and friendly, she is amazing! Glad we picked this place!

Michael was very awesome when communicating instructions to travel, local favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as we were there for a special occasion. We took all his advice and found them all to be accurate and some of the best food spots on the island. The jet ski tour was absolutely one of the best highlights and recommended that to anyone traveling to this area! Right accross the street and within walking distance there is plenty of places to eat and drink. There were beach chairs, towels, coolers, and beach umbrellas available for the 5 minute (or less) to walk around the corner. The bed/linens, appliances, pots/pans, and dishes were all in great shape, and the water supplied was plenty to meet our needs. The added local brews to the fridge added a nice touch to our arrival. A nice grocery store was a 10-min walk. I cannot express how awesome this stay was and Michael again, made this trip one of the best! we are already talking about when to stay again.

Michael’s unit is such a blessing for our little family’s vacation in TCI. Let me start with Ronalyn who welcomed us on site. They let us do an early check in which was very helpful with our sleep deprived toddler. The unit is spotless clean. Everything that we needed was provided to us. We came and there was a fruit basket, snacks, cans of beers, and 2 big containers of waters waiting for us. There was plenty of towels provided for us. The location is also really good: Restaurants all around the area, stores for souvenirs, beach was about 5 minutes walk and the supermarket was about 10 minutes walk. We also felt safe in the neighborhood and Ronalyn even pointed out that the Police Station is just across us. We felt at home right away too because of how nice she was. She even told us to not hesitate to contact her if we ever need anything. We will highly recommend this place to our family and friends. If you’re still reading this review, this is the sign: book it!
